Philosophy
Throughout our life time we are constantly transitioning from one stage to another.
The term liminal refers to the transitional space between who you once were, and who you are becoming; on the threshold of significant change.
The pregnancy and postpartum journey is a perfect example of being in this liminal space. Sometimes these liminal spaces can be challenging transitions but with guidance and support the process can be made easier to move through.
About Me
My name is Amy Luong and I am a Registered Massage Therapist passionate about educating and empowering people during the entire prenatal process and postpartum period. This phase is so special and I am incredibly honoured to be part of your health care team. I have had 2 birth experiences myself and would love to be there for you wherever you are in that journey.
When I'm not at work, I spend lots of time with my husband and two daughters eating all the things and exploring our beautiful city.
Mission
To empower individuals to take charge of their health and well-being with curiosity. I believe that by providing access to quality education and physical treatment through massage therapy, I can inspire positive changes in our community one person at a time. The right connections can make all the difference in our human experience.
